CMS Rebateable Drugs

The State of Maine will no longer be paying for non rebateable drugs billed by physicians when supplied in their office (J-Code procedures), starting April 1, 2008.  Below is a list of all CMS rebateable NDCs.  Providers can use this file as a reference to look up NDCs to ensure their physician supplied medications or procedures are covered before attempting to bill to the State.
